Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can easily return it within 14 days, provided it has not yet been built (glued or folded).
Please return the goods with sufficient postage to the following address:

For a quick processing of your return, we ask you to enclose a copy of your order. After the goods have been checked, the purchase price will be refunded immediately.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Since we produce and pack our products ourselves by hand, we carefully ensure that the sets are complete. However, if the order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us or refer to the return and exchange policy. If you make a mistake when gluing or folding, the exchange is excluded. Therefore, check in advance whether the product is damaged or incomplete.
However, Paper Lamp is designed in such a way that you can create a lamp with fewer parts, so one mistake doesn't destroy the entire lamp.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the European Union.
How do I create a user account?
To create a user account or log in, proceed as follows:
- Click on the button with the login icon. In the web browser you will find this in the top right of the header and in the mobile version on the left in the menu at the bottom.
- If you already have an account, enter your email address and password and click Sign In. If you don't already have an account, click Sign Up and enter your information to create a new account.
- After you have logged in, you have access to your user account and can view your orders and manage your addresses for a quick ordering process.
How can I change or delete my personal data after creating a user account?
To adjust your addresses, go to your user account and make the adjustments. To permanently delete your account or to make changes, please send us an email to pierrebyhahn.paperlamp@gmail.com and we will immediately delete or adjust your data from the system.
I do not receive an order confirmation / shipping confirmation
If you do not receive an order confirmation after completing your order
and you did not receive a shipping confirmation after the goods were shipped, we recommend that you check your spam or junk folder. It can happen that e-mails are accidentally sorted into these folders.

What is Paper Lamp?
With Paper Lamp we offer you DIY sets with which you can assemble the product you have purchased yourself. This principle allows us to use materials and develop designs that would otherwise be difficult to produce. Each set contains 24 segments made of environmentally friendly premium/natural paper, which you fold and then glue together at the end.
In addition to our DIY sets, we also offer ready-assembled “Easy Installation” lampshades, which can be used in just a few steps.
Which paper is used for the production?
We use the sustainable Colorplan 270 g/m² premium paper to make our Paper Lamp lampshades. Materials from sustainable forests and/or recycled materials as well as materials from controlled sources were used in the production of this material.

What is included in a Paper Lamp Set?
Our “Paper Lamp DIY sets” contain:
- The set with 24 individual segments of the selected Paper Lamp (only the lampshade)
- A cord for fastening
- An A6 flyer with a QR code to our instructions page
- A miniature segment that you can use as a reference for folding your segments
- Delivery note/invoice
The “Paper Lamp Easy Installation” variant comes with:
- your selected Paper Lamp (only the lampshade)
- A cord for fastening
- An A6 flyer with a QR code to our instructions page (start at step 17)
- Delivery note/invoice
Is the product waterproof?
No. Your Paper Lamp is only suitable for use in dry rooms and does not have a special water-repellent seal. Therefore, you should not use the product outdoors or near excessive humidity.
Which lamp should I use?
Our lampshades are specially designed for the use of LED lamps with an output of up to a maximum of 15 watts (equivalent to approx. 100 watts). These LED lamps are characterized by their low heat generation of only around 50-60 degrees Celsius, which corresponds to commercial standards.
Because our lampshades are made from paper, using bulbs at higher temperatures can create a potential fire hazard. We therefore strongly recommend that you adhere to these guidelines to ensure safety.
